We, administration and employees of Domaine Bazinet Outfitter, has as quality policy to provide to our customers services adapted to their needs and conform to their expectations. This policy is more specifically aimed at the adoption of the following principles:

• Respect and enforce laws and regulations applicable to the outfitter, the code of good conduct of the tourism industry and the standard on the quality of services in the outfitter’s sector.
• Provide information clear, accurate, complete and true to our customers and our staff in any type of promotional and internal communication.
• Know as well as possible our customers to offer services of quality conform to their expectations.
• Aim high levels of human quality, including empathy, courtesy, honesty, confidentiality and the diligence to earn respect from our customers and our staff at any time.
• Demonstrated concern and consideration towards customers with constraints or special needs.
• Ensure safety at all times for our customers and their belongings as well as our human resources property.
• Maintain appropriate, sufficient and in perfect condition equipment for use of our customers and in accordance with existing security standards.
• To encourage the conservation of natural resources and implement responsible practices relating to the natural and human environment.
• To encourage our human resources training and development of their technical and technological expertise.

In supporting quality policy, we have established the following objectives:

• Put in place stringent quality checks in order to ensure a consistency in the provision of services.
• Reduce to the lowest possible level errors and non exact items to our policy in the provision of services.
• Meet vigilantly to our customers complaints and respond to their demands.
