Creamy trout

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of fillets of trout without skin
  • 500 ml cream 15%
  • 2 onions
  • 1 kg of fresh spinach
  • 3 shallots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley
  • 8 large potatoes
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan grated

Steps

  1. Cut potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Cut into dice the fillets of trout, onions, shallots and parsley.
  3. In an 8 by 10 square pan, put oil.
  4. Put by stage, potatoes, trout, onions, shallots, salt and pepper.
  5. Provide at least 4 rows.
  6. Warm the cream, without boiling.
  7. Put the cream on the preparation.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  9. Cook and when potatoes start to be brown put the parmesan on top.
