Ingredients
2 kg of fillets of trout without skin
500 ml cream 15%
2 onions
1 kg of fresh spinach
3 shallots
salt
pepper
fresh parsley
8 large potatoes
olive oil
Parmesan grated
Steps
Cut potatoes into thin slices.
Cut into dice the fillets of trout, onions, shallots and parsley.
In an 8 by 10 square pan, put oil.
Put by stage, potatoes, trout, onions, shallots, salt and pepper.
Provide at least 4 rows.
Warm the cream, without boiling.
Put the cream on the preparation.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Cook and when potatoes start to be brown put the parmesan on top.
