Fillets of trout with creamy camembert cheese sauce
Ingredients
2 fillets of trout
1 spoon of coriander
1 spoon of butter
1 chopped shallot
½ spoon of flour
1/2 cup of white wine
1 ¼ cup of chicken broth
3 spoons of dry grapes
½ spoon of Curry
¼ cup of cream 35%
125 g of camembert cheese without the crust and cut into pieces
salt
pepper
Steps
Turn on the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
On a plate made for oven, drop the trout fillets.
Sprinkle with coriander, salt and pepper.
Cook at the top of the oven for 6 to 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, melt butter and the shallot at a medium heat.
Incorporate flour and deglaze with white wine.
Add broth, grapes and Curry.
Cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
Add cream and cheese.
Let melt on low heat.
Serve the fillets of trout with Camembert creamy sauce.
