Fillets of trout with mustard

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of trout
  • 3 spoons of traditional whole grain prepared mustard
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 2 spoons of fresh herbs of your choice (dill, basil, coriander)
  • 2 spoons of hot honey
  • 1 lemon juice

Steps

  1. Turn on barbecue on medium-high intensity.
  2. Put olive oil on one side of a foil sheet.
  3. Put the tout fillets on with the skin below.
  4. Extend the mustard on the fillets of trout and sprinkle with shallots and herbs.
  5. Pour honey and lemon juice. Do not close the aluminum foil.
  6. Place on the barbecue grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.
