Thai trout

Ingredients

  • 4 trout filet
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 orange or yellow pepper cut into strips
  • Hashed green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Mix coconut milk, curry paste, and 1 tablespoon of basil for sauce.
  2. Grill the peppers and green onions in a big pan. Put the filets on the peppers and add the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes and add the rest of basil.
