Ingredients
4 trout filet
1 cup of coconut milk
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 orange or yellow pepper cut into strips
Hashed green onions
1 tablespoon of red curry paste
2 tablespoons of fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Steps
Mix coconut milk, curry paste, and 1 tablespoon of basil for sauce.
Grill the peppers and green onions in a big pan. Put the filets on the peppers and add the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes and add the rest of basil.
